Catering Manager
The Bay Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a friendly, experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to lead a small catering team at Central Lancaster High School. The successful candidate will ideally be trained to Level 3 food safety or NVQ equivalent and be a professional, committed to ensuring the production of high-quality, compliant food service to pupils and staff.
You will have experience of working in a kitchen environment with responsibility for planning a balanced, nutritious menu, organising theme days, stock and budget management, line management of the kitchen staff whilst ensuring full compliance of food standards and food hygiene regulations.
A recruitment and retention allowance is available for an exceptional candidate.
