Catering Manager
We are a small and friendly secondary school at the heart of our community. Our core values are Commitment, Creativity and Community. Salary: NJC Grade 6 (Points 11-19) £22,129 – £25,927 FTE – Actual Salary Range: £19,118 – £22,400

The Bay Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a friendly, experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to lead a small catering team at Central Lancaster High School. The successful candidate will ideally be trained to Level 3 food safety or NVQ equivalent and be a professional, committed to ensuring the production of high-quality, compliant food service to pupils and staff.
You will have experience of working in a kitchen environment with responsibility for planning a balanced, nutritious menu, organising theme days, stock and budget management, line management of the kitchen staff whilst ensuring full compliance of food standards and food hygiene regulations. A recruitment allowance is available for an exceptional candidate.

Farm, Garden and Animal Care Assistant
The role is to support the Academy’s Agriculture, Horticulture and Animal Care department. This will involve animal husbandry with large and small animals to high standards of animal welfare, and maintaining the farm, garden area and the livestock grazing areas.
Annual Salary in the range £21,189 to £21,968

Teacher of English

We are looking for a talented and inspirational teacher to play a pivotal role in in our journey from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding.’ The ideal candidate will have a clear vision how the teaching of English can transform children’s lives and the passion to turn this into excellence in the classroom.
